Terms & conditions

The terms that apply when you use our site and buy from us.

Last updated: 20 June 2026

About these terms

This website is operated by 3D Make Me, 50A High Street, Brackley, Northamptonshire, NN13 7DS (prints@3dmake.me). These terms apply to your use of the site and to any order you place with us. By placing an order you agree to them.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Our products

We design and 3D print toys and collectables in the UK. Almost everything is made to order, printed for you after you buy rather than picked from existing stock.

Because each item is 3D printed and hand-finished, there may be small natural variations between pieces — slight differences in layer texture or finish are normal and part of the character of a printed item. Colours can also look different from one screen to another, so the shade you receive may vary slightly from the photos.

Placing an order

When you place an order you'll receive an email confirming we've received it. A contract between us is formed when we confirm your order. If we can't fulfil an order — for example because of an error in the price or description, or because we're unable to make the item — we'll let you know and arrange a full refund of anything you've paid.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (£) and include any VAT that applies. Delivery costs, where they apply, are shown at checkout before you pay.

Payment is taken securely through our payment provider, Stripe, at the time you order. We make every effort to keep prices accurate, but if we discover a genuine pricing error we'll contact you before processing your order so you can confirm or cancel.

Delivery

We post within the UK. As items are made to order, please allow for a short make time before dispatch. Full details of delivery options, costs and timeframes are on our Shipping page.

Cancellations, returns and refunds

Your right to cancel a standard order, how custom and personalised orders are treated, and your rights if something arrives faulty or damaged are all set out on our Returns & Refunds page, which forms part of these terms.

Safety and age suitability

Our toys are independently safety-tested to BS EN 71 with UKCA conformity and are suitable for ages 3+ unless stated otherwise. As with any toy, we recommend adult supervision for young children. Please keep packaging away from children.

Intellectual property

Our product designs, photographs, text and the content of this website belong to us or our licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce or sell our designs or content without our permission. The items you buy are for personal use and are not supplied with any right to reproduce or resell the design.

Your account

If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity that happens under your account. Please let us know promptly if you think your account has been used without your permission.

Our liability

We don't exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so — including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, and to your statutory rights, we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable or that arise from your own misuse of a product.

Law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
