How and when your creatures reach you — made to order in the UK and sent with care via Royal Mail.

Where we deliver

We deliver across the UK. If you'd like to order from outside the UK, please get in touch before ordering and we'll let you know whether we can help and what the cost would be.

Dispatch times

Most of our creatures are made to order — we print them once you've ordered, so each one is fresh. Standard items are typically dispatched within a few working days, and often sooner.

Custom-colour and bespoke commissions can take a little longer to make. If your order will take more than the usual time, we'll let you know.

Delivery options & cost

Delivery is sent via Royal Mail. The exact delivery options and costs available for your order are calculated from your address and shown clearly at checkout, before you pay — so there are never any surprises.

Where available, you may also be able to collect your order in person. Any collection option will appear at checkout.

Estimated delivery times

Once dispatched, UK delivery usually takes a couple of working days, depending on the Royal Mail service selected. Delivery estimates are guidance, not guarantees, and can occasionally take longer during busy periods or due to circumstances outside our control.

Tracking

Where your chosen delivery service includes tracking, we'll send you the tracking details by email once your order is on its way.

Delayed, lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel hasn't arrived within a reasonable time, or arrives damaged, please contact us with your order number and we'll help put it right. If an item arrives damaged or faulty, your rights under our returns policy apply.

Please make sure your delivery address is correct at checkout — we can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly-entered address.
