We want you to love your creatures. Here's how returns, cancellations and refunds work — and your rights under UK law.

Your 14-day right to cancel (change of mind)

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you can cancel a standard order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. To cancel, just contact us within that 14-day window and let us know.

After telling us, you have a further 14 days to send the item back. We'll refund you within 14 days of receiving the goods back (or of you providing proof that you've sent them), including the standard outbound delivery cost. If you chose a more expensive delivery option, we refund the cost of our standard option.

You're responsible for the cost of returning the item. Please return it unused and in its original condition — you're welcome to inspect it as you would in a shop, but if its value is reduced through handling beyond that, we may reduce your refund accordingly.

Custom, personalised & bespoke orders

Because our custom-colour prints and bespoke commissions are made to your specification, they are exempt from the 14-day cancellation right and can't be returned simply for a change of mind. This is a standard exemption under the 2013 Regulations for made-to-order and personalised goods.

Your rights if a custom item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described still fully apply — see below.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, every item must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. If something is faulty, damaged in transit, or not what you ordered, you're entitled to a remedy.

You have 30 days from receiving the item to reject it for a full refund. After 30 days, you're entitled to a repair or replacement. We cover the return postage for any faulty, damaged or incorrectly-supplied item.

Please contact us with your order number and, where possible, a photo of the issue, so we can put it right as quickly as possible.

How to start a return

Get in touch via our contact page (or reply to your order email) with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll confirm the return address and the next steps.

Please don't send anything back before contacting us, so we can make sure your return is handled correctly.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days. Depending on your bank or card provider, it can take a few extra days for the money to appear.

None of the above affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
